On February 19th 2026, Women Leaders gathered at ‘Subham’ Event Center in Frisco for the highly anticipated “Nari Shakthi” event focused on women empowerment and leadership within society and the Hindu community.
The event highlighted the contributions of women in preserving cultural identity, strengthening families, and leading community initiatives. Smt. Madhavi Latha Kompella addressed the audience on the importance of empowering women to become active voices in civic, cultural, and spiritual spaces.
The program drew enthusiastic participation from women leaders, families, youth, and professionals from across the Dallas area. Coverage of the event was also featured by regional Indian media and community platforms.
The session also featured an engaging and thought-provoking Question & Answer session with Smt. Madhavi Latha Kompella, bringing together youth, middle-aged and senior women for an open conversation on the challenges of living Dharma in today’s world. Participants raised questions on a wide range of topics, including Dharma and personal duties, responsibilities within the family, raising children with strong values, balancing tradition with modern life, and the growing influence of Western culture on our families and younger generation. The interactive format encouraged participants to openly share their experiences, concerns, and perspectives, while exploring practical ways to preserve and practice Dharmic values in everyday life. The session became a meaningful bridge between ancient wisdom and contemporary family life, emphasizing that Dharma is not merely something to learn, but something to understand, practice, and pass on to the next generation.
